Czech Katerina Siniakova reached the second round of the Wuhan Open by winning against Filipino wildcard Alexandra Eala 6-3, 6-1 at the Optics Valley International Tennis Center on Tuesday.
Siniakova, ranked No 37, will play top seed Aryna Sabalenka next.
