Wuhan Open: Kasatkina books spot in last 16
Daria Kasatkina won against Bernarda Pera on Wednesday and will face the winner of the match between Pole Magda Linette and Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko next

Russian Daria Kasatkina, the No 8 seed, defeated American qualifier Bernarda Pera 6-4, 1-6, 6-1 to advance to the last 16 of the Wuhan Open at the Optics Valley International Tennis Center on Wednesday.
Kasatkina, ranked No 11, will face the winner of the match between Pole Magda Linette and Ukrainian qualifier Lesia Tsurenko next.
In the previous round of the Wuhan tournament, Pera, ranked No 95, won against Romanian Irina-Camelia Begu (6-2, 4-6, 6-2).
