Wuhan Open: Erika Andreeva reaches second round
Erika Andreeva defeated Dayana Yastremska in straight sets on Monday. She’ll face the winner of the match between Russian Mirra Andreeva, the No 16 seed, and Chinese wildcard Xiyu Wang in the next round
Russian lucky loser Erika Andreeva moved into the second round of the Wuhan Open by winning against Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska 7-5, 6-4 at the Optics Valley International Tennis Center on Monday.
Andreeva, ranked No 70, will face the winner of the match between Russian Mirra Andreeva, the No 16 seed, and Chinese wildcard Xiyu Wang next.
