German Tamara Korpatsch advanced to the last 16 of the Valencia Open by beating Swiss Ylena In-Albon 6-1, 6-2 at the Valencia Tennis Club on Monday.
Korpatsch, ranked No 124, will face the winner of the match between American Caroline Dolehide and French qualifier Elsa Jacquemot next.
