Qualifier Jodie Burrage moved into the quarter-finals of the Upper Austria Ladies by defeating Romanian lucky loser Jaqueline Cristian 6-3, 7-6 (5) at the TipsArena in Linz.
Burrage, ranked No 102, will face the winner of the match between Latvian Jelena Ostapenko, the top seed, and Dane qualifier Clara Tauson next.
Jodie Burrage won against Frenchwoman Varvara Gracheva, the No 7 seed (6-4, 6-0) ahead of her victory.
In the previous round of the Linz tournament, Cristian, ranked No 89, beat Argentinian Nadia Podoroska (6-3, 6-4).
