Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova beat Italian Martina Trevisan 6-4, 6-0 to move into the second round of the Upper Austria Ladies at the TipsArena in Linz.
Pavlyuchenkova, ranked No 42, will face Katie Boulter next.
