Sixth seed Diana Shnaider advanced to the last four of the Trophée Clarins by defeating Erika Andreeva 6-1, 6-2 on Friday afternoon.
The Russian, ranked No 62, will face Frenchwoman Varvara Gracheva next.
Shnaider won against Belgian Greet Minnen (6-4, 6-3) and edged out French qualifier Elsa Jacquemot (7-5, 4-6, 7-6 (5)) ahead of her victory.
Earlier in the week, Andreeva, ranked No 100, beat Yuriko Miyazaki (7-5, 6-3) and Frenchwoman Diane Parry, the No 4 seed (7-5, 7-5).
