American Emma Navarro, the top seed, defeated Romanian qualifier Elena-Gabriela Ruse 6-0, 6-2 to move into the final of the Trophée Clarins on Saturday afternoon.
Navarro, ranked No 22, will play Russian Diana Shnaider, the No 6 seed, next.
The American won against qualifier Lauren Davis (6-0, 6-0), Mccartney Kessler (6-1, 6-2) and Frenchwoman Fiona Ferro (6-3, 6-2) ahead of her victory.
In the previous rounds, Ruse, ranked No 148, won against Chinese Lin Zhu, the No 5 seed (0-6, 6-1, 6-1), French wildcard Kristina Mladenovic (6-1, 6-0) and Frenchwoman Alize Cornet (6-1, 6-2).
