Romanian wildcard Miriam Bulgaru reached the second round of the Transylvania Open by winning against lucky loser Ipek Oz 7-5, 6-3 at the BTarena in Cluj-Napoca on Monday evening.
Bulgaru, ranked No 208, will play Spaniard Rebeka Masarova, the No 4 seed, next.
