Japanese Nao Hibino won against Russian Kamilla Rakhimova 7-6 (4), 6-0 to move into the second round of the Thailand Open at the True Arena Hua Hin on Monday.
Hibino, ranked No 94, will face the winner of the match between Chinese Xinyu Wang, the No 3 seed, and American Emina Bektas next.
