Thailand Open: Fruhvirtova beats Tikhonova to make second round
Linda Fruhvirtova won against Anastasia Tikhonova 6-3, 6-1. She’ll face the winner of the match between Taylah Preston and Lin Zhu in the next round
Linda Fruhvirtova moved into the second round of the Thailand Open by winning against Russian lucky loser Anastasia Tikhonova 6-3, 6-1 at the True Arena Hua Hin.
Fruhvirtova, ranked No 126, will play the winner of the match between Australian qualifier Taylah Preston and Chinese Lin Zhu, the second seed, next.
