Russian Liudmila Samsonova, the second seed, beat Belgian Alison Van Uytvanck 6-1, 6-3 to move into the last 16 of the’s-Hertogenbosch Open at Autotron Rosmalen.
Samsonova, ranked No 15, will play Swiss wildcard Celine Naef next.
