Rouen Open: Golubic reaches final, plays Erika Andreeva for title

Swiss Viktorija Golubic, the No 9 seed, defeated Romanian Jaqueline Cristian, the No 7 seed, 7-5, 6-4 to reach the final of the Rouen Open at Palais des sports de Rouen on Saturday.
Golubic, ranked No 105, will play Russian qualifier Erika Andreeva next.
The Swiss won against French wildcard Elsa Jacquemot (3-6, 6-3, 6-1), French qualifier Tiphanie Lemaitre (6-0, 6-2) and French wildcard Fiona Ferro (6-3, 6-2) ahead of her victory.
Earlier in the tournament, Cristian, ranked No 100, won against Italian Lucrezia Stefanini (7-6 (5), 6-1), Swiss Celine Naef (6-4, 4-6, 6-3) and Belgian Greet Minnen, the top seed (6-4, 6-3).
