Qatar Open: Vondrousova moves into last 16
Marketa Vondrousova edged out Greet Minnen 6-2, 0-6, 6-4 on Monday evening. She’ll face the winner of the match between Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk and Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova in the next round

No 6 seed Marketa Vondrousova moved into the last 16 of the Qatar Open by edging out Belgian qualifier Greet Minnen 6-2, 0-6, 6-4 at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha on Monday evening.
Vondrousova, ranked No 8, will play the winner of the match between Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk and Russian Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova next.
Minnen, ranked No 85, won against German Tatjana Maria (6-1, 6-1) in the previous round of the Qatar tournament.
