Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova defeated Daria Kasatkina 6-2, 7-6 (2) on Monday and will play Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk in the next round

Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova advanced to the second round of the Qatar Open by defeating No 11 seed Daria Kasatkina 6-2, 7-6 (2) at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha on Monday afternoon.
Pavlyuchenkova, ranked No 32, will play Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk next.
