Prague Open: 18-year-old Noskova reaches second WTA final
The Czech teen will face the winner of the match between Romanian Jaqueline Cristian and Japanese lucky loser Nao Hibino for the title
Fourth seed Linda Noskova defeated German qualifier Tamara Korpatsch 6-1, 6-1 to advance to the final of the Prague Open at TK Sparta Praha on Sunday afternoon.
The semi-final match was delayed from Saturday due to the weather in Prague which means Noskova will have to come back for the final later in the day when she meets the winner of the second semi-final between Romanian Jaqueline Cristian and Japanese lucky loser Nao Hibino.

Ranked No 71 in the world, the 18-year-old Noskova is through to her second career WTA singles final – her first coming in Adelaide at the start of the season.
Earlier in the tournament, the Czech teen, who won the Roland–Garros junior singles title in 2021, won against American qualifier Elvina Kalieva (6-1, 6-2), Indian lucky loser Ankita Raina (1-6, 7-5, 6-1) and Slovak Anna Karolina Schmiedlova (6-0, 6-2).
Korpatsch, ranked No 99, beat Bulgarian Viktoriya Tomova (6-2, 6-4), Belgian Yanina Wickmayer (4-0 ret.) and Frenchwoman Alize Cornet, the No 6 seed (7-6 (3), 6-1) in the previous rounds of the Prague tournament.
