Russian Anastasia Potapova moved into the last 16 of the Porsche Grand Prix by beating Croat qualifier Petra Martic 6-3, 3-6, 7-6 (4) at the Porsche-Arena in Stuttgart on Tuesday.
Potapova, ranked No 24, will play the winner of the match between American Coco Gauff, the No 5 seed, and Russian Veronika Kudermetova next.
