Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska, the No 8 seed, reached the last four of the Polish Open by defeating No 3 seed Tereza Martincova 6-7 (3), 6-2, 6-0 on Thursday.
Yastremska, ranked No 149, will face Zeynep Sonmez next.
The Ukrainian won against Uzbek Nigina Abduraimova (7-5, 7-6 (5)) and Colombian Emiliana Arango (6-3, 6-2) ahead of her victory.
In the previous rounds, Martincova, ranked No 104, beat Barbora Palicova (6-4, 7-6 (6)) and Latvian Darja Semenistaja (4-6, 7-5, 6-3).
