Polish Open: Semenistaja books spot in last 16
The Latvian will play No 3 seed Tereza Martincova in the next round
Latvian Darja Semenistaja beat lucky loser Naiktha Bains 6-4, 6-4 to reach the last 16 of the Polish Open on Tuesday.
Semenistaja, ranked No 154, will play No 3 seed Tereza Martincova next.
The Latvian won two ITF titles last month and has now won 11 of her last 12 matches.
