Palermo Open: Sorribes Tormo advances to second round

Spaniard Sara Sorribes Tormo, the No 4 seed, beat Romanian Ana Bogdan 2-6, 6-4, 6-2 to advance to the second round of the Palermo Open at A.S.D. Country Time Club in Palerme on Monday afternoon.
Sorribes Tormo, ranked No 41, will play the winner of the match between Swiss Ylena In-Albon and French qualifier Leolia Jeanjean next.
