Ostrava Open: Sasnovich upsets Ostapenko to reach second round
Aliaksandra Sasnovich won against Jelena Ostapenko 6-2, 6-2 on Tuesday. She’ll face Kazakh Elena Rybakina in the next round
Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich won against Latvian Jelena Ostapenko, the No 8 seed, 6-2, 6-2 to move into the second round of the Ostrava Open at the Ostravar Aréna on Tuesday afternoon.
Sasnovich, ranked No 31, will face Kazakh Elena Rybakina, the Wimbledon champion, next.
