Qualifier McNally faces Swiatek in Ostrava quarter-finals

American qualifier Caty McNally won against Czech wildcard Karolina Muchova 6-1, 3-6, 6-1 to advance to the quarter-finals of the Ostrava Open at the Ostravar Aréna on Thursday
McNally, ranked No 151, will play Pole Iga Swiatek, the top seed, next.
Ahead of her victory, the 20-year-old American beat Russian qualifier Anna Blinkova (6-1, 6-2).
Muchova, ranked No 189, won against Brazilian Beatriz Haddad Maia, the No 7 seed (6-4, 6-4) in the previous round of the Ostrava.
