Latvian Darja Semenistaja won against German Noma Noha Akugue 4-6, 6-4, 6-3 to reach the last 16 of the Open BLS de Limoges on Tuesday.
Semenistaja, ranked No 144, will play the winner of the match between Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto, the top seed, and French wildcard Amandine Hesse next.
