Frenchwoman Elsa Jacquemot beat Russian Erika Andreeva, the No 7 seed, 6-2, 3-6, 6-2 to move into the final of the Open BLS de Limoges on Saturday evening.
Jacquemot, ranked No 235, will face Spaniard Cristina Bucsa, the No 5 seed, next.
Earlier in the tournament, the 20-year-old Frenchman won against Berfu Cengiz (7-5, 6-1), Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus, the No 3 seed (6-4, 6-4) and Latvian wildcard Anastasija Sevastova (7-6 (4), 2-6, 7-5).
Andreeva, ranked No 120, defeated Zeynep Sonmez (6-3, 6-2), American Mccartney Kessler (4-6, 7-5, 6-2) and Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto, the top seed (6-0, 6-2) in the previous rounds.
