Georgian Mariam Bolkvadze won against Romanian qualifier Patricia Maria Tig 6-4, 6-1 to reach the last 16 of the Open BLS de Limoges on Monday.
Bolkvadze, ranked No 191, will face Swiss Viktorija Golubic, the No 7 seed, next.
