Dutchwoman Suzan Lamens beat French wildcard Kristina Mladenovic 4-6, 6-0, 6-0 to advance to the final of the Oeiras Ladies Open.
Lamens, ranked No 163, will face Dane Clara Tauson, the No 4 seed, next.
Earlier in the tournament, the Dutchwoman defeated Colombian Emiliana Arango (7-5, 6-2), Russian lucky loser Julia Avdeeva (7-5, 6-0) and Belarusian Aliona Falei (6-4, 6-1).
Mladenovic, ranked No 252, won against Canadian lucky loser Katherine Sebov (6-4, 6-2), Francesca Jones (6-4, 7-6 (6)) and American lucky loser Varvara Lepchenko (6-3, 6-4) in the previous rounds.
