Nottingham Open: Fruhvirtova beats Miyazaki

Qualifier Linda Fruhvirtova won against Yuriko Lily Miyazaki 6-4, 7-5 to reach the last 16 of the Nottingham Open at Nottingham Tennis Centre on Monday evening.

Fruhvirtova, ranked No 139, will play the winner of the match between Tunisian Ons Jabeur, the top seed, and Colombian Camila Osorio next.
