Nottingham Open: Boulter breezes past Marino to return to quarter-finals

No 3 seed Katie Boulter advanced to the last eight of the Nottingham Open by beating Canadian qualifier Rebecca Marino 6-4, 6-3 at Nottingham Tennis Centre.
Boulter, ranked No 30, will face the winner of the match between Pole Magdalena Frech, the No 5 seed, and German Tatjana Maria next.
Katie Boulter edged out Harriet Dart (6-7 (5), 6-4, 7-5) in the previous round of the Nottingham tournament.
In the previous round of the Nottingham tournament, Marino, ranked No 157, defeated Swiss Viktorija Golubic (6-1, 6-4).
