Ipek Oz beat Kamilla Rakhimova 6-4, 6-4 on Monday and will play the winner of the match between Bulgarian Viktoriya Tomova and Swede wildcard Jacqueline Cabaj Awad in the next round
Turk Ipek Oz won against Russian Kamilla Rakhimova, the No 8 seed, 6-4, 6-4 to advance to the second round of the Nordea Open at Båstad Tennisstadion in Bastad on Monday.
Oz, ranked No 164, will face the winner of the match between Bulgarian Viktoriya Tomova and Swede wildcard Jacqueline Cabaj Awad next.
