Su Jeong Jang moved into the second round of the Nordea Open by winning against Frenchwoman Clara Burel, the No 3 seed, 6-2, 6-1 at Båstad Tennisstadion in Bastad on Monday.
Jang, ranked No 155, will play the winner of the match between Russian Irina Khromacheva and Thai Peangtarn Plipuech next.
