Ons Jabeur, the top seed, reached the final of the Ningbo Open by beating Argentinian Nadia Podoroska 6-3, 1-6, 6-2.
The Tunisian has now put together an impressive run of four straight wins, following early exits in San Diego and Guadalajara.
Jabeur, ranked No 7, will play Russian Diana Shnaider next.
Ahead of her victory, the Tunisian beat Frenchwoman Diane Parry (7-6 (3), 7-5), German Tamara Korpatsch (6-3, 6-2) and Russian wildcard Vera Zvonareva (7-5, 4-6, 6-1).
Podoroska, ranked No 87, won against Chinese wildcard Xiyu Wang (7-6 (3), 6-4), Russian qualifier Valeria Savinykh (4-6, 6-0, 6-2) and Katerina Siniakova (6-1, 6-1) in the previous rounds.
