Ningbo Open: Badosa recovers to beat Wang and move into quarter-finals
Paula Badosa beat Xiyu Wang 6-7 (4), 6-1, 6-2 and will face the winner of the match between Beatriz Haddad Maia and Katie Boulter in the next round

Spaniard Paula Badosa, the No 8 seed, moved into the quarter-finals of the Ningbo Open by winning against Chinese wildcard Xiyu Wang 6-7 (4), 6-1, 6-2 at the Yinzhou Tennis Center.
Badosa, ranked No 14, will play the winner of the match between Brazilian Beatriz Haddad Maia, the No 6 seed, and Katie Boulter next.
The Spaniard defeated Russian Diana Shnaider (4-6, 6-3, 6-3) in the previous round of the Ningbo tournament.
In the first round of the Ningbo tournament, Wang, ranked No 98, won against Russian qualifier Kamilla Rakhimova (6-2, 6-0).
