Montreux Nestlé Open: Marcinko produces a bagel and breadstick, into quarter-finals
Petra Marcinko won against Veronika Erjavec 6-0, 6-1 on Wednesday and will play the winner of the match between Dutch qualifier Anouk Koevermans and Croat Tara Wurth in the next round

Croat wildcard Petra Marcinko advanced to the quarter-finals of the Montreux Nestlé Open by winning against Slovak Veronika Erjavec 6-0, 6-1 on Wednesday.
Marcinko, ranked No 292, will face the winner of the match between Dutch qualifier Anouk Koevermans and Croat Tara Wurth next.
The 18-year-old Croat defeated American Louisa Chirico (6-1, 6-4) in the previous round.
In the 32, Erjavec, ranked No 207, won against German Ella Seidel, the No 8 seed (6-1, 6-3).
