Dutch qualifier Anouk Koevermans advanced to the last 16 of the Montreux Nestlé Open by winning against Russian qualifier Amina Anshba 2-6, 7-6 (8), 6-3 on Tuesday afternoon.

Koevermans, ranked No 245, will face Croat Tara Wurth next.
