Montevideo Open: Sierra advances to second round
Solana Sierra won against Carolina Bohrer Martins 6-4, 6-1 on Tuesday evening and will face the winner of the match between Uruguayan wildcard Juliana Rodriguez and Georgian Ekaterine Gorgodze in the next round
Argentinian Solana Sierra, the No 7 seed, moved into the second round of the Montevideo Open by defeating Brazilian wildcard Carolina Bohrer Martins 6-4, 6-1 at the Carrasco Lawn Tennis Club on Tuesday evening.
Sierra, ranked No 193, will play the winner of the match between Uruguayan wildcard Juliana Rodriguez and Georgian Ekaterine Gorgodze next.
