Julia Riera beat Carolina M. Alves 6-3, 6-1. She’ll face Ipek Oz in the next round
Argentinian Julia Riera, the No 4 seed, beat Brazilian Carolina M. Alves 6-3, 6-1 to move into the second round of the Montevideo Open at the Carrasco Lawn Tennis Club.
Riera, ranked No 148, will play Ipek Oz next.
