Miami Open: Jabeur eliminated by Avanesyan!

Russian Elina Avanesyan won against Tunisian Ons Jabeur, the No 6 seed, 6-1, 4-6, 6-3 to reach the third round of the Miami Open at the Hard Rock Stadium on Saturday night.
This is the third consecutive first round elimination for Jabeur after Doha (against Tsurenko) and Indian Wells (against Volynets).
Avanesyan, ranked No 65, will play American Danielle Collins next. The 21-year-old Russian defeated wildcard Erika Andreeva (6-0, 3-6, 6-1) ahead of her victory.
