Lyon Open: Noskova takes out Muguruza in straight sets, advances to second round

Czech qualifier Linda Noskova advanced to the second round of the Lyon Open by beating Spanish wildcard Garbine Muguruza 6-1, 6-4 at the Palais des Sports de Gerland Lyon on Monday.
Noskova, ranked No 56, will play Egyptian Mayar Sherif, the No 6 seed, next.
