Spaniard Guiomar Maristany Zuleta De Reales advanced to the last eight of the LP Open by IND by defeating American Robin Montgomery, the No 4 seed, 6-0, 6-1 on Wednesday night.
Maristany Zuleta De Reales, ranked No 196, will face the winner of the match between Russian qualifier Daria Lodikova and No 8 seed Sara Bejlek next.
In the previous round, the Spaniard won against Chilean wildcard Antonia Vergara Rivera (6-1, 6-0).
