Frenchwoman Chloe Paquet advanced to the last 16 of the L’Open 35 de Saint Malo by edging out Mexican Renata Zarazua, the No 6 seed, 3-6, 6-0, 6-4 on Tuesday.
Paquet, ranked No 149, will face the winner of the match between Belarusian qualifier Iryna Shymanovich and Russian Anastasia Tikhonova next.
