Lasi Open: Ormaechea makes second round
Paula Ormaechea beat Lavinia Tanasie 7-5, 6-3 on Tuesday and will play the winner of the match between Swiss Viktorija Golubic, the top seed, and Japanese qualifier Yuki Naito in the next round
Argentinian Paula Ormaechea beat Romanian lucky loser Lavinia Tanasie 7-5, 6-3 to reach the second round of the Lasi Open at Baza Sportivă Ciric in Iasi on Tuesday afternoon.
Ormaechea, ranked No 248, will face the winner of the match between Swiss Viktorija Golubic, the top seed, and Japanese qualifier Yuki Naito next.
