Krueger beats Podoroska in Korea opener
Ashlyn Krueger beat Nadia Podoroska 6-2, 6-4 on Tuesday night and will face the winner of the match between American Jessica Pegula, the top seed, and Slovak Viktoria Hruncakova in the next round
American Ashlyn Krueger won against Argentinian Nadia Podoroska 6-2, 6-4 to move into the second round of the Korea Open at the Olympic Park Tennis Centre in Seoul on Tuesday.
Krueger, ranked No 80, will face the winner of the match between American Jessica Pegula, the top seed, and Slovak Viktoria Hruncakova next.
