Korea Open: Watson makes second round
Heather Watson won against Jia-Jing Lu 6-4, 6-4 on Monday and will face the winner of the match between Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus and Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk, the No 5 seed, in the next round

Qualifier Heather Watson advanced to the second round of the Korea Open by defeating Chinese qualifier Jia-Jing Lu 6-4, 6-4 at the Olympic Park Tennis Center in Seoul on Monday.
Watson, ranked No 183, will face the winner of the match between Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus and Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk, the No 5 seed, next.
