Japan Open: Dart upsets fourth seed Fruhvirtova to reach second round
The Britishwoman will play the winner of the match between German Jule Niemeier and Russian Anna Kalinskaya in the next round

Great Britain’s Harriet Dart reached the last 16 of the Kinoshita Group Japan Open Tennis Championships by defeating No 4 seed Linda Fruhvirtova 7-5, 5-7, 6-2 on Tuesday.
The match was carried over from Monday when play was suspended with the players tried at one set apiece.
Dart, ranked No 161 in the world, will play the winner of the match between German Jule Niemeier and Russian Anna Kalinskaya next.
