Jiangxi Open: Trevisan beats Bondar to move into quarter-finals

Italian Martina Trevisan won against Hungarian Anna Bondar 7-6 (4), 6-2 to advance to the quarter-finals of the Jiangxi Open.
Trevisan, ranked No 136, will play Slovak Rebecca Sramkova, the second seed, next.
The Italian beat Chinese wildcard Wushuang Zheng (6-1, 6-2) in the previous round of the Jiangxi tournament.
In the previous round of the Jiangxi tournament, Bondar, ranked No 97, edged out Dutchwoman Arianne Hartono (6-2, 2-6, 7-6 (3)).
