Italian Sara Errani beat Slovenian Tamara Zidansek 6-2, 6-7 (6), 6-3 to advance to the second round of the Jasmin Open at the Skanes Family Hotel Monastir on Monday evening.
Errani, ranked No 108, will play the winner of the match between Slovak Kristina Kucova and Italian Lucia Bronzetti, the No 6 seed, next.
