Italian Open: McNally moves into the second round, leaving one game to Spiteri

American Catherine McNally beat Italian wildcard Dalila Spiteri 6-0, 6-1 to move into the second round of the Italian Open at the Foro Italico in Rome on Tuesday evening.

McNally, ranked No 62, will play No 27 seed Marie Bouzkova next.
