Indian Wells: Potapova sends Bouzkova packing

Russian Anastasia Potapova, the No 28 seed, moved into the third round of the Indian Wells by winning against Marie Bouzkova 7-5, 6-1 at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Friday night.

Potapova, ranked No 33, will play the winner of the match between American lucky loser Kayla Day and Argentinian lucky loser Nadia Podoroska next.

Bouzkova, ranked No 40, defeated Spaniard Sara Sorribes Tormo (6-1, 6-1) in the previous round of the Indian Wells tournament.
