Indian Wells: Kasatkina wins, to meet Gracheva in third round
The No 8 seed defeated Tatjana Maria 6-2, 6-1 in the second round on Saturday

Russian Daria Kasatkina, the No 8 seed, won against German Tatjana Maria 6-2, 6-1 to move into the third round of the BNP Paribas Open at Indian Wells on Saturday.
Kasatkina, ranked No 8, will play Russian qualifier Varvara Gracheva next.
In the previous round of the Indian Wells tournament, Maria, ranked No 70 in the world and a semi-finalist at Wimbledon last year, defeated Italian Jasmine Paolini (7-5, 6-1).
