Indian Wells: Dolehide upsets Azarenka, makes third round

American Caroline Dolehide won against Belarusian Victoria Azarenka, the No 27 seed, 7-5, 2-6, 6-3 to advance to the third round of the Indian Wells at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden on Saturday night.

Dolehide, ranked No 51, will face the winner of the match between No 8 seed Qinwen Zheng and Yue Yuan next.

Ahead of her victory, the American beat Spaniard Cristina Bucsa (6-2, 6-0).
